Connie's own design on the front of this darling "Lucy" dress in soft yellow birdseye pique. Connie used spaghetti bias to make darling looped flowers with decorated pockets as flower pots.
Lined pockets w/narrow Swiss edging at the tops, are edged in 2 rows of baby rick rack. Great little dress for summer!
The "flared" version of "Lucy" by Children's Corner was used for this little dress.
